Change Ticket Start Value

Some customers do not want the ticket number to start with 1 as is the case by default

you have the option to change the starting ticket value by

  1. login
  2. Settings
  3. General
  4. Setting
  5. Preference
  6. Ticket Start Number you can choose 0,50, 100
