Identify Serial Number of Pax from POS system

sometimes when you have a problem with a terminal the ISO will ask you for the serial number. The Serial Number is located in the back of the pax terminal – However, sometimes that is not easy to find so you can find the serial number by

  1. Login
  2. General
  3. Terminal
  4. Click on settings Toggle of the Terminal you want
  5. And look for the serial number line. If empty click on the search IP address line after you find the IP and click confirm the SN should automatically Show
